🐾 Before Your Appointment
Once you request a quote, we’ll ask for a few details about your dog — including breed, size, coat type, and temperament. This helps us prepare and ensure we’re giving your dog the right amount of time and care.
Before your appointment:
Please make sure your dog has had a chance to potty
Keep them inside and relaxed before we arrive
Let us know about any anxiety, sensitivities, or medical concerns
There’s no need to bathe or prep your dog ahead of time — we’ll take care of everything.
🚐 Arrival & Setup
When we arrive, we’ll park as close as possible to your home and get set up in our mobile grooming van.
You can expect:
Setup is quick and quiet
We’ll check in with you before bringing your dog to the van
Your dog will be the only dog being groomed during their appointment
🌱 During the Groom
Every grooming appointment is one-on-one and guided by your dog’s comfort.
Our fear-free, holistic approach includes:
Moving at your dog’s pace
Reading body language and stress signals
Offering breaks whenever needed
Using gentle handling and low-stress techniques
If your dog needs extra time, we slow down.
If they need a pause, we take one.
The goal is not perfection — it’s a grooming experience that feels safe, predictable, and supportive.
🤍 If Your Dog Feels Stressed
Some dogs need more time to adjust — and that’s okay.
If your dog becomes overly stressed or unsafe to continue grooming:
We may modify the service
Or stop early to protect their emotional well-being
This is never considered a failure.
Stopping early often helps dogs build trust and have better experiences in future visits.
You’ll only be charged for the portion of the service completed.
✨ After the Appointment
Once grooming is complete:
We’ll return your dog calmly and safely
Payment is due at the time of service
We’re happy to discuss how your dog did and make notes for future visits
